Leon Croff Jr. Faces Charges in Fatal Crash
Leon Croff Jr., 31, of Cleveland, was arraigned in Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas on Wednesday and pleaded not guilty to all charges against him .
He faces six counts in connection with the crash, including two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, two counts of aggravated vehicular homicide, and two counts related to failing to stop after an accident .
The court ordered Croff held on a $1.5 million bond . His next court appearance is scheduled for September 28, when a pretrial hearing is expected to take place .
